Best Graphics On The Wii

You know, I was watching a interview about Monster Hunter 3 today and that guy said this is going to be the best lokking game on the Wii. After watching the trailer with gameplay in it, this statement looks to be true. IF you don't believe me, just watch the rtrailer for yourself.

Monster Hunter 3

I'm so amazed at all the new monters, weapons, areas, combos, and other countless added material that's going to make this the best Monster Hunter(whenever it comes out, hopefully soon enough). The end of this video alone.....I don't know how to express the feeling I got, but WOW. This game looks great.

New Name

I realized the "Retro Gamer" name has been taken. What's going to be the new name, I have no idea.

Concerned about Wet.

For some reason I have have a lot of hype towards this game. So I was researching the game Wet and found some not ok news. The developers of Wet are A2M(Artificial Mind and Movement). I found that the have developed some poor games. Here's a list of them.

Finally got a 360! YEAH!

2 Weeks ago I bought a Xbox 360, and I'm having so much fun playing it. In the 2 weeks I bought 4 games, Mirror's Edge, Crackdown, Condemned, and Dark Sector. I finished Mirror's Edge and Crackdown and I will be talking about them friday in the first podcast.

Assassin's Creed 2

The game looks good, better than Assassin's Creed, but that's a given. This does make me want to play the first one because of the gameplay that was shown. This means I will be saving up for a PS3 now to get Assassin's Creed 1 and 2, and other great titles on and coming to the PS3.

Uncharted 2: Among Thieves

I have yet to play the first Uncharted, but that's becuase I don't own a PS3 yet. After watching the demo that was shown at E3, the need to play Unchated and get Uncharted 2 when released exceeded a power level of 9,000. The fluent animation and beautiful scenery captured me so well.....just watch.

Final Fantasy XIV

Yes, Final Fantasy XIV was announced at E3 and they showed a cool trailer. I thought to myself, that looks great, but the excitement didn't last long though. Sony then said it was another online game just like FFXI, so my want to play this game instantly dropped and I lost interest. Only if Square would make the game online and off-line sort of like PSO or exactly like PSO, then I would get the game, but that's probably not going to happen.

Mod Nation Racers

Mod Nation Racers is basicly the LBP with racing instead of platforming. This has the same look and feel as LBP but in the racing world. What caught me was the level creation system. It's looks so simle yet allows the player to get extremly detailed with the level. I can honestly say there's a chance I will have more fun with Mod Nation Racers than Mario Kart Wii. I'm not saying Nintendo is doing anything wrong(MK Wii becoming to casual?). I'm just really excited to play this game.

Microsoft E3!

I didn't see much on their press conference but they everyone said they hada good show. To baad I don't have 360 for the Metal Gear Solid:Rizing, or the LFD2, even Mass Effect 2. So many good games with trailers and demos shown( except for MGS:Rizing). Microsoft is doing well this year. I'll give more of my opinions on their E3 info throughout the week with Sony and Nintendo.

Sony E3

I saw the Sony E3 press conference and it was good. With their announcement of Uncharted 2 and single player gameplay really made me want the game( also the Uncharted 2 beta starting at midnight). Plus their motion controller prototype presentation was fantastic. Watch out Nintendo! I'm also excited about Mod Nations Racers. Sony show what they had this year with trailers of many other titles. I'll post some more of my opinions on E3 throughout this week.

This trailer is supposedly leaked and it looks great. I hope this game does well for the PS3, I would buy a PS3 because of this game. Seems Trico will have elements from both ICO and Shadow of the Colossus.

Where is the hype for this game. Oh yeah i forgot, "it's on the Wii, it's not a hardcore game." I call BS on everyone who is giving the Wii a hard time. When there are developers putting out hardcore games on the Wii and watching the consumers say "F*** that game", it makes me wonder what are they looking at, Madworld isn't a hardcore game?. If people over look this being a hardcore game, then who knows what's going to happen the developers creating these games.
